MilkPEP programs and materials are designed for use by all milk processors regardless of the size of their business or the type of customers they serve. There are various ways to take advantage of your investment in the MilkPEP program. You can easily enhance your current efforts – whatever they may be – with MilkPEP materials. Read on to learn how you can grow your milk sales.

1. National Dairy Sales and Marketing Meeting - The annual National Dairy Sales and Marketing Meeting is a great way to network with your fellow processors and learn new ways to make MilkPEP programs work for you. The July meeting is your chance to learn about what MilkPEP has in store for the upcoming year, while participating in workshops that will help you use MilkPEP most effectively in your markets.

2. Dairy Sales Kit - The latest sales kit is provided annually at the National Dairy Sales and Marketing Meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, the sales kit will automatically be mailed to you. You should receive the new kit each August. The sales kit provides sales brochures that describe each MilkPEP program and sign up/order forms for each program. You will also find materials that you can order like Milk Mustache posters, sampling kits, POS materials, etc. If you do not receive a sales kit or need additional sales kits, call the milk hotline at 1-800-945-MILK.

3. Milk Marketing Catalog - The Milk Marketing Catalog is packed with MilkPEP materials that can help processors increase their milk sales. The catalog is mailed to all MilkPEP participants two times each year. You can also find the catalog in the back of your sales kit and in the online ordering section of MilkPEP.org. The catalog features all materials that are available for order any time of the year. Place your order today by calling 1-800-945-MILK.

4. Schedule an Orientation with Mike Simmons – Unsure about how to stage a MilkPEP promotion? Mike Simmons, Director of Processor Relations, can answer your questions! Mike travels around the country helping processors make the most of MilkPEP programs. Call Mike at 202-420-0468 or contact him by email at msimmons@milkpep.org. Mike will come to your location to present the MilkPEP programs and give a how-to on leveraging your MilkPEP investment.

5. MilkPEP Communications – MilkPEP has a number of communication vehicles to keep processors informed. If you are not currently receiving all of our communications and you would like to, send an email to info@milkpep.org. The various MilkPEP processor communications include:

MilkSplash/E-Splash – Monthly newsletter that highlights upcoming promotions, PR programs, ad programs and other processor relevant topics. You can receive a print version and an e-version of the MilkSplash newsletter. We also like to feature processors who are using MilkPEP programs and materials in the Processor Highlight section each month. If you would like to us your story, please send an email to mrobertson@milkpep.org.

Monthly Email Updates – Each month, MilkPEP’s Director of Processor Relations, Mike Simmons, sends out an email update to help keep you in-the-know. The email serves as a reminder for processors to get involved with upcoming programs.

Breaking News Alerts – Whenever there is big and exciting news around milk, we want processors to be the first to know about it. Whether milk is starring in a Super Bowl ad or making a guest appearance on NBC’s The Biggest Loser, MilkPEP will alert you with a Breaking News email.
