

1. Who are MilkPEP programs designed for?
MilkPEP programs and materials are designed for use by all milk processors regardless of the size of their business or the type of customers they serve. There are various ways to take advantage of your investment in the MilkPEP program. You can easily enhance your current efforts – whatever they may be – with MilkPEP materials.
2. How do I sign up for MilkPEP programs?
Processors must sign up retail accounts by completing an order form. Order forms can be found on each individual promotion page on this site or by calling the milk hotline at 1-800-945-MILK. Processors can also visit milkorderstatus.com to sign up online.
3. Do I have to use all of the POS in the retail kits?
No. Use the elements that are appropriate for the individual retailer. MilkPEP includes all POS elements in each kit in order to work in as many situations as possible. If you can use at least one of the elements included in a kit, sign up for the program.
4. What is my account doesn’t advertise?
If your account does not advertise, or has a “clean store policy”, consider holding a sampling event on-site at the retail location. In most cases, you will be allowed to post POS on the day of the event.
5. Can I call on the ADA accounts?
It is possible to call on the ADA account, but the best practice would be to coordinate efforts with the ADA representative calling on the account. This will prevent further duplication of effort and help create a stronger event with the retailer.
